Vail Through the Years

My boys, Seth and Christian, are heading off to college next year. One of our special places over the years has been Vail Colorado. As they head into adulthood I hope Seth and Christian look back at all our mountain drives, chairlift rides and thousands of turns with as much fondness as I do.

Stages Cycling continues sponsorship of pro athletes and teams

(BRAIN) — Stages Cycling has announced its list of sponsored cyclists, mountain bikers and triathletes for the 2018 season. The list is led by Team SKY, who has ridden the Stages Power LR meter to their last two Tour de France victories.Sponsored teams and athletes use a variety of products including Stages LR Power dual-sided meters, Stages L Power and R Power single-sided meters, and Stages Dash GPS cycling computers.

Below is a live class recording of an indoor cycling class I taught using The Marina Method. This method of class design utilizes the principle of anchoring time and effort. The instructor sets up a class profile where the interval duration gets progressively shorter while the interval intensity gets progressively higher.
